Island Marketing Group was formed by Cari Franzo-Castaneda to offer resort marketing and representation services to hotels, resorts and condominium management companies around the world and is currently a leading South Pacific resort representation company in the Southwestern United States. Today the company's staff has grown to satisfy the growing needs of our clientele.
Prior to forming IMG, Cari Franzo-Castaneda held Sales Management positions with Hilton Hotels, Westin Hotels and The Biltmore Hotel, Los Angeles.

We are retained by our clients and will not contract with our client’s competitors. Island Marketing Group is the United States office for clients with such needs or simply a marketing office for clients within the United States.
We strive to develop strong long-term personal relationships with our resort properties, retail travel agents and tour wholesalers. We use our extensive experience in travel industry marketing to assist our resort property clients in developing and implementing effective marketing, sales, and promotional plans. Island Marketing Group effectively presents sales and promotional programs in the market place calling on the expertise of our staff. We provide sustained growth to our clients by increasing business with established productive, retail travel agents and tour wholesalers while also cultivating new relationships.

We do not charge customers to book through our office. This is part of our service.
